IPOI Strategy Statement and Customer Service Plan 2023 -2025

The IPOI has today published its latest Strategy Statement and Customer Service Plan. Among the targets and objectives set by the strategies, covering the years 2023-2025, are:

  • Increase the delivery of digital services and digital transformation across the IPOI.
  • Provide excellent intellectual property information services with particular focus on the SME sector.
  • Ensure the efficient processing of all intellectual property rights.
  • Continue to contribute towards an effective regulatory environment for the protection of all intellectual property rights.
  • Involve stakeholders in seeking feedback on ways in which the Office can enhance its service provision.
  • Drive improvement through monitoring of performance against customer service targets.
