Electronic filing of International Patent Applications (ePCT)
The Irish Intellectual Property Office of Ireland in its capacity as receiving office, under PCT Rule 89bis, is now prepared to receive and process international applications in electronic form.
The ePCT system offers a wide range of services to applicants and third parties, all provided through a secure browser-based interface. ePCT enables users with the relevant access rights to access the latest bibliographic data and documents on record at the International Bureau (IB) of WIPO.
Fees will continue to be paid to the Irish Intellectual Property Office of Ireland
