Quality Management System
The Intellectual Property Office of Ireland is currently preparing to have its processes and procedures subject to external audit with a view to achieving the International Organization for Standardisation (ISO) 9001 Quality certification. One of the IPOI’s strategic goals is to deliver high quality rights. The implementation of ISO 9001 and the achievement of ISO quality certification, a globally recognised quality standard, will greatly support this objective.
